Her Difference
Ashlee has 8 years’ experience working as a myotherapist, and 3 years as a Pilates instructor in multidisciplinary clinics across Melbourne. She takes pride in the care given to every client. She respectfully treats all clients based on their individual needs. As a results-driven therapist, Ashlee is determined to help alleviate her clients’ pain and put them on the path to a happier, healthy life.
Ashlee battled the physical demands of an elite gymnast, pole vaulter and acrobat. She suffered severe back and hip pain, which progressed to chronic pain from not being managed correctly. Through self-care, myotherapy, Pilates, exercise and practical lifestyle changes, Ashlee now lives a healthy, happy, pain-free life.
